For just the second time, Jacksonville’s Municipal Stadium was host to the AMA Supercross Series. The Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX Team arrived in Florida on Thursday to conduct interviews with local television and newspaper reporters. Each week before every event, two teams participate in these “press days” to help build awareness of the event within the local market. The resulting media creates valuable exposure for team sponsors. Jacksonville’s City Council President, Richard Clark attended the press day activities. He even suited up in a Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX Team uniform and conducted interviews, as well as rode a motorcycle for the television cameras.
